Return & Refund Policy
Custom Products
OEM, private label, and custom manufactured products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ significantly from the approved specifications.
Standard Products
Returns for standard products must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs of both the packaging and products.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nordic Forge.
Return Authorization
Do not return products without first receiving return authorization from our team.
